Photo A Day ~ 8 of 12

Lisa invited me to over for a 6:00 AM sunrise shoot at her lofty home this morning. I got a couple good shots but missed the whales she kept pointing at which were right off the shore because I can’t see that far without my glasses (I just ordered some new ones! Thank you Garyce!)

The photos were framed using the onOne Software I WON (OHMYGAWD you guys, I WON!!), PhotoFrame 4.6, while watching the Dec 9, 2011 episode of The Grid.

If you watch all 61:33 minutes of it, Nancy Massé announce my name as the winner at 59:01.

I feel so special that I won during the Swedish Fish episode. Hehe.

What I won:

I know I look like a total fruitcake in this photo but that was kinds the point.

Three onOne Software Titles (PhotoFrame Professional Edition v4.6, Focal Point v2 and Perfect Resize Professional Edition v7) AND the signed copy of Cory Barker’s book, Photoshop Down & Dirty Tricks for Designers.

I LOVELOVELOVE that book. Furreals. Honestly, I didn’t think I would. I am so skeptical when it comes to Photoshop books because so many of them cover the obvious. I want meat not fluff! This book really inspired me to think outside the box and get creative while I’m out there. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

So I finally got around to installing the PhotoFrame title and used it on today’s Photo-A-Day offering.
